He graduated from the Faculty of Artes from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Perú with First Prize in Painting. First Honourable Mention of the VII Salon Nacional of the ICPNA (1995), Second Prize of "New Artists" of Banco de Credito del peru (1996 ) and finalist in the II and V Concurso de Artes Plásticas of Patronato de Telfefónica.
